The Victoria?s Secret model has revealed to In Touch that she?s writing ?a self-improvement? book for women to be released early next year. ?I want to encourage young women and empower them to be professional and to have confidence in who they are,? Selita, who competed on Celebrity Apprentice last season, said at The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation?s 20th Annual A Magical Evening Gala in New York on November 17. ?I want to teach them all the lessons I?ve learned in life.? According to the gorgeous Cayman Islands native, the book will touch on her childhood, which included a stint in the foster care system. As she added, ?I want readers to see that I can relate.?
